Bought a car thus year before lockdown. On the day of collection when I asking for mobilising key. Sales man told the car only has one key of which I was not informed about 5hat. When I complained to 5he manager he said is going to investigate . Few days later went back 5o ask how far with the investigation. H8s sales man told informed me about the key of which he never mention and later during lockdown no had noticed that back door the passenger side the rubber is loose or is coming off. I don't know what to do now as I send 5he manager an email and he Did not even bored to respond. IAM now decided to return 5he car .
