Staffs Attitude Problem

I've called Nissan Service Centre Segamat to book for regulary car service of my husband car on 17 May 2019 on 9.30am. But we are feel dissapointed on all staffs service attitude when we arrived on this morning. The front desk lady staff told us that there is no record of our appointment has been made for today and the she also showing of impolite attitude to my hubby.

We has been supported of Nissan for so many years but feel deeply dissapointed of the Nissan Service Centre Segamat Johor.

We hope to receive ur favour reply soonest and hope that to get any improvement from now onwards.
