This girl called Wana very impatient to customer. I had a car accident my self yesterday night that I wish to come over today let expertise to check whether I can have my insurance claims.
Ms Wana, only can make the today slot for today but today impossible to check due to takes time.
I said what if the insurance not claimable due to my late report? She can’t answer my question on the other way ask me to come on the day after tomorrow.
She was not only impatient during she talks but also always cut my words half way which I haven’t finish talking! So, this is called professional customer service ya...
