Poor sales practice

Purchased a used 2012 Titan. I signed all of the financing papers wrote the check for the down payment and went home happy with the deal and my new used truck. I was contacted six days later and was told credit union would not finance truck according to the deal I approved. They wanted me to agree to a new payment that was higher and did not include the extended warranty I had previously purchased. I told the GSM I wanted the payments for a new comparable Titan, frontier and the current 2012 I thought I had already purchased waiting for me when I returned to the dealership the next day. When I showed up at the agreed upon time they had none of information I requested ready for me to look at. When I told the GSM I wanted my downpayment and trade in back so I could purchse a truck elsewhere they offered to sell me a comparable 2014 Titan that would fit my payment requirements. After purchasing a new 2014 Titan I had to return to the dealership three more times to correct errors in the paper work and now five weeks later I still dont know who my lender is when the payments are do. Four weeks ago I was contacted by a salesmen at the dealership looking to buy the replacement HID headlight bulb I had purchased for the 2002 Lexus ES300 I had traded in. After giving the bulb the salesman later that day I was told a check would be mailed to me within a week for $100.00 as payment for the bulb. Three weeks later I still had not recieved check. Monday December 30th 2013 I was told by used car manager he would have a check made out to me from main office and have it ready for me to pick up at dealership January 3rd 2014. Saturday January the 4th I went to the dealership to pick up check and was told by the same manager it would take another two weeks for me to recieve the check as this was company policy. At this point I am extremely annoyed and ask to speak to the GM of dealership. The GM of dealership very rudely tells me to wait outside while he goes and gets me $100.00 out of his wallet to pay me so I will no longer come back to the dealership. Fiftteen minutes later the used car manager shows up with a $100.00 dollar bill and asks me to sign a receipt of payment. Throughout this entire process I was lied to multiple times and treated in a very rude and disrespectful fashion by the used car manger and general Manager of the dealership.
