Missing invoice

Dear Madam/Sir,

could you be so kind and help us whit finding a missing invoice. It seems that our director Mr. Nino Pintaric made some purchase from your online store dated 14/05/2015 on amount 269,00€ payed with AMEX card. We need the copy of invoice for accounting purpose.
