Shop booked in the month of October 2018 and booking amount worth Rs 1,51,000/- is paid by Cheque, ICICI Bank as per Ground floor lay out ( copy of plan layout enclosed h/w) and owner, Mr Abid Bangali and Mrs Ashiben Bangali, committed to give ready shop No 3 & 4 in just three months at total price of Rs 29 lacs which paid in cheques. Till date shop construction work is kept uncompleted and asking more money than price committed at the time of booking. We made sale agreement in the month of April-19 and owner of Nobal Developers gave possession letter in May-19 without completing the work but refuse to take it with incomplete work. Enclosed here with photo shoot construction site taken at 07.30 a.m. on 30th August 2019.
Owner also gave commitment to provide any kind loan papers and legal documents but now not giving any legal documents. We asked for approved, Ground floor plan with shop construction along with proper parking space, from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation but owner is refusing to provide it.
As we are not getting our shop no 3 & 4 in ready condition even after ten months, which was committed to complete in three months, we are losing Rs 25,000/- p.m. as business loss.
So it is our humble request to intervene in the matter and directs the owner Nobal ……Developers, Mr Abid Bangali and Mrs Ashiben A.Bangali, Juhapura-Sarkhej Road,……Ahmedabad-380055, Gujarat, India to complete construction work of shop no 3 & 4 along with legal documents like approved floor plan from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and give possession letter and also compensation for loss of money Rs 25,000/- p.m. for a period till construction work completed.
