sensor not work, +headphone jack not work +

Dear sir,
I have given my nokia 6.1 mobile phone to Nokia service center at chandigarh to resolve Hanging problem, sensor not work, headphone jack not work .
i have not any alternate phone for communicate anyone and i am working i in private sector so mobile phone is one of the necessory things for me.
so please resolve my issue as soon as possible because my so many work are pending from that device.
