Caller identity hidden

Hello Nokia, for the past 4 years, I've not been able to use Nokia product
Due to the fact that all caller identity are hidden until the call is drop. Pls I I just bought Nokia 3310 and it happens again, this will be the 4th Nokia phone that I will be having same issue.
