Hi, my name is amit arora, i had received a promotion email from nokia to buy nokia lumia 800, between 27th sept to 27th Oct, and get a nokia play 360 speaker free, i liked offer and i purchased a nokia lumia on 26th Oct. I was asked to claim my offer, i was supposed to provide my detail on website, i could not send information on website, as my IMEI number was not registered,
so i scanned a copy of my bill, with IMEI number on it, and my UNIQUE CODE, i emailed it to [email protected], i recieved an email on Nov 5th from the same email address, my claim has been validated and sent to courrier co., i can get shipment/AWB number after 5 working days, So it has been 10 working days, i have not heard anything about shipment/AWD number, i have called customer care number at 3030 3838, they don't have any information on shipment/AWB number,

i am looking for an update on this.

I am using only Noika set as I like it since long. Not only myself but both of my friends are using it since long. yeasterday I found the OK button of my 2700 st was came out. for that only i rushed to one of the priority centre but return in vain. Then I moved to all the centres of Bhubaneswar. Now I could not operate my set. and all the datas are inside the set. I get the feedback that I have to purchase whole set of cabinet which will cost around Rs.1200/- which is very very expensive for me. In connectio I would like request you kindly help me in this ragrad and provide me only this portion so that i will will be obliged. I hope Nokia will must realise my pain positevely.

My self Dhananjai Mishra an Employee of C S Diesel Eng Pvt Ltd in IT Dept.
on of laptop user is unable to connect his Nokia E72 Mobile with his HP laptop through Nokia PC Suit,
and for that i have discuss in Nokia care (Ref. No. 1-12265886226 ) to Mr. Sivam, Akashya, and accoding to him i have format the laptop and also change the Bluetooth hardware,
And also we have discussed in con-call (myself, Nokia support person with HP support Team) with HP support team,
and According to him (HP) in con-call there are no prob in laptop,
but the Nokia support team are not proper answering from last 1 months.
So plz help to resolve this issue
