Is this Fraud

I received an sms that said I won 95,000 in the Nokia Yearly Promo,called the number and spoke to a Mr Williams that verify my winnings - told me that I need to buy R600 Telkom pre-paid airtime - sms pin,Full Name & Postal address. After that I will receive a fax with the copy of the cheque that I will receive the next day. Not bought the pre-paid yet - what must I do?
