Customer service personnel canned responses

I have an ongoing complaint filed with the so-called Customer Care Department of Nomorerack.com. What a joke this entire
Lingering conversation has been! I had placed three separate orders in November, 2012. One order breezed thru with no problems. The other two are STILL sitting OPEN/PROCESSING in my order history. Not once during the six attempts to convey two pairs of boots are still processing since November, credit the 26.oo per boot and we will be done. After several blunt 'are you a grade school graduate' type of questions, I got the two credits for $26 applied to my account. I checked, they were there. I went back to shop a couple of weeks later, credits are gone, they went poof....now, I'm on the second round of requesting the credits be tracked, follow the money like any accounting office WOULD DO WITHOUT TELLING ME THE CREDITS WERE APPKIED, END OF STORY. BLOW OFF,,,,,ANTYTHING ELSE I CAN DO FOR YOU WONDERFUL CUSTOMER????? Again, what a joke this entire customer care department is. My guess is murky/Marcus, I mean Marky or Marcus, is overwhelmed and has been trained to give canned answers, excuses, and ask for more info, always ask for more numbers, dates, whatever. Ignore the FACT these have already been given in blinking black and white...just for the reading and taking....but no, Marky is here to serve me better errr this time. really?

Good luck to all who order and have an issue...you are dealing with third world education and service. It's been worth my $52.00 to get this written down knowing someone who can read and wrte properly will actually read this complaint. Maybe perky Marky will find time to read the complaint board am he isn't working on tracking my credits, so we can assume he has time to attempt to cover his butt on this board. Good luck,yo will need lots of it along with your compassion, I lost mine a while ago.

i have ordered several items from nomorerack,and recieved them promptly and in good shape,i recently made another purchase and due in the time alotted,plus they have a three point insurance on all items which they pay for,which i like.I like nomorerack,they have been very good to me,so for the ppl who are having problems with them please give them time to make it right for you.thanks nomorerack,and will probably will make more purchases in the future.
