I placed an order in the wee hours of Mon. Dec. 3. Within 12 hours I cancelled the order. Nomorerack responded that my credit card refund would show up in a few days. A subsequent e-mail said that they could not cancel the order because it had already been placed in that 12 hour time-frame. I called, was told a supervisor would call me back but that never happened. After 6 weeks of e-mailing them about this order, it arrived, but not as advertised (2 pillowcases missing). Also, the material was supposed to be bamboo, but it is a blend of bamboo and polyester, not a natural textile.
I e-mailed nomorerack about it, was told they would look into it, but I don't expect to hear anything from them.
I mostly shop on-line and have never had a problem until nomorerack.com.

Is that an obligation to care for a group you have never serviced before or a window of opportunity to take advantage of people during an uncertain time ? lol. A quick "I feel for you" and then come sign up. Nice approach but I guess everyone has to have one! Maybe a little more thoughtful on the approach as most everyone scours message boards for the opportunity to tout their goods but i believe this is a place of handling concerns and not selling ones goods. Maybe I am wrong ; ) In any case, I'll check out your offerings as I do order on line through many already such as target, ebay and yes even once from No morerack. However, 40% discount seems high if thats your reg price. I'll come back and share my feedback on my first purchase once complete.

NEVER buying from them again!

In late January, my fiancee & I both made a purchase from Nomorerack.com for (3) pretty little bow neckaces for my bridesmaids & our moms... The money was promptly taken out of both of our accounts within 2 days... I allowed the required 2-3 weeks for delivery & only received ONE of the packages. I waited a while before contacting thm for the other...It turns out they had not processed it cause they said it needed an additional 4 digits on the zip... ?? Then why did the 1st package arrive just fine?? Okay whatever right... just send it again. I was assured it'd be about 2 weeks. I waited nearly another month & found out it STILL had not been processed. By this time it was too late to use the necklaces for my wedding & I just wanted a refund. the customer service rep straight out told me no refund could be given & they'd send the package again - & it would be here in ONE week... Its now been TWO & still nothing!! I will NEVER be ordering from this company again!! I recently sent an email demanding a full refund...we'll see what they do! If they dont refund my money or send me my product do I have legal rights?? What action can I take ?? ... If anyone has suggestions Im open ... email me @ [email protected] ... Subject NMR legal action if you wil PLEASE :o )

Now that I see so many unsatisfied people I almost feel I have an obligation to "Scoop you up and take care of your needs" You are what's important. Bracelet broke the first time I wore it

I fell for the "awesome" deal of a "pearl bracelet" worth 79.99 for only $5.00 plus $2.00 shipping. The thing broke the first time I wore it! They offered to give me my purchase price back if i sent the bracelet back. The "pearls" even look cheap! I also ordered the hello kitty messenger bag and don't think it looks like it should sell for $45.00(original price) I paid $20.00 but don't think it was worth it.

Items that appear to be available in your area, end up removed from your cart

Thank you for bringing your concerns (with respect to a Canadian shopping experience) to our attention and when it comes to our Canadian and International offerings, we are actively working on bringing a bigger and better selection in these markets.

With respect to items being removed from your cart, our site is designed to identify you on log in and as long as your account is properly set up under a Canadian address, when you log in, you should see that your site access is for Canada and any items not available in Canada would show as not available and thus not be able to be applied to your shopping cart. Anything that you do add to your cart (logged in as a Canadian address), should stay in your cart until you check out unless they are sold out prior to completing the purchase.

As a Canadian, deals are getting fewer and fewer. Items that appear to be available in your area, end up removed from your cart and u wind up wasting your time shopping for things u can't even buy. Not impressed anymore.

Wow. I am grateful to everyone that has taken the time to write in their comments in an effort to help others realize that companies like "nomorerack" are a scam and use fine print to take money from you when you register. I was taken by a similar company, "Quibids", in the very same registration process. Their business practices and the manner in which they operate their company sound very similar as well.

One thing I'd like to mention is the way that I found out about nomorerack.com was by watching a show called "The Doctors". I'm disappointed the show would promote a company like nomorerack.com.

Thanks again to all for the posted comments. If I'd have taken "The Doctors" advice I'd have had an uninsured "out of pocket" expense!

I must get an email from them every 3 to 10 hours

I am thirteen and I saw the ads for a PS3 that went really cheap, and a laptop, and a TV, however when I signed up it had nothing like this, just clothes and cooking stuff. I was like "meh, all that stuff would be a rare item on here so I'll come back other times." There has still been nothing that I wanted from there ever, and today I saw you have to be 18 to sign up!! It DID NOT say this when I signed up!! And they keep spamming my email!! I set up a spam filter for them but it hasn't done anything!! Seriously I must get an email from them every 3 to 10 hours!! I CANT DELETE MY ACCOUNT EITHER!! Why not?? Plz someone tell me how to delete my account, or just tell me how to stop their spam?!?!

Will never order from them again

I have been ordering from this site for a couple of months now and haven't experienced and of the problems so many others here have. HOWEVER; after reading their stories I have decided to immediately sever ties with nomorerack.com and will never order from them again. I think I really dodged a bullet on this one, so I thank all the reviewers I have found here. You probably saved me a lot of hassles and drama. Thanks!!!

Stay away from these guys

I made several free purchase on this site and got the items within the 2-3 weeks grace period. I also bought the mystery box and got it after 5 weeks. It has a bag that is made in China, a size 7 shoe that is made in China (I'm a size 6, so...), a pair of earrings that they also offer for free in the daily deals and an expired facial moisturizer. I can't complain since I ordered a "Mystery box". I am not a person who complains a lot so I just used the cheap bag for everyday, gave away the shoe, made my daughter use the earrings (she disassembled it and used the beads) and tossed away the expired facial moisturizer.

I went on and "dreamed" for the bigger deals so I watched out for the insanity deals for weeks without success on the reCapcha thing. When they did the boxes thing, I finally got the $50 amazon card and I was so excited...so it was possible (i thought). I started promoting the website to friends, family and coworkers. But after a week, they deactivated my account.

Apparently, when 2 or more account holders log in to the same IP address even once in the past, they consider all accounts fraudulent and deactivates all accounts (even though you didn't get any ID). So there goes my Insanity Deal! I found out later from relatives (who logged in to their account while in my house / or I logged in to my account while in their house) and co-workers (who logged in to their account when at work, using their company computer/personal tablet/smartphone) got deactivated too. In short, none of us ever got "that Deal" and just ended up frustrated for wasting so much time watching out for a deal that is only available for 2 minutes.

SO, IS IT A SCAM?! I can safely say that the daily deals are not. The mystery box is worth the price but for items you don't really need nor want (don't expect any gadget or anything good). But the INSANITY DEALS IS TOTALLY A SCAM! THEY MAKE YOU ASK YOUR FRIENDS TO REGISTER BUT THEY FIND A REASON TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT WHEN YOU START WINNING. IT IS UP TO THEM TO DECLARE YOUR ACCOUNT FRAUDULENT AND YOU CANNOT ARGUE WITH THEM. NOW, I'M EMBARRASSED TO MEET THE PEOPLE THAT I ENCOURAGED TO JOIN.

All looks groovy until your merchandise does not arrive and you have been promised a refund, which never comes (it has been 38 days). I have basically been told "too bad for you" by NoMoreRack as they claim they sent the refund and it is now my problem that it is not back in my bank account.

If you're thinking of purchasing an expensive item check it out on the Internet first

I will say that I have received some jewelery (necklace and earings) that I am happy with and that have come in a timely manner but I am deeply suspecous of this web site. I ordered a watch that did dual duty as a Bluetooth that did not work at all. I wasn't getting anywhere with the company so I contested it through Paypal. Within a day or two Paypal was able to get my money back. One of my first orders was a hair decoration that looked like a little hat with a vail. It was several months ago. It only cost me $2 for shipping and handling because it was a free deal. I was ordering it for one of my Residents where I work (Alzheimer and Dementia Unit). Never have received that. I recently e-mailed the company about it. I got a response but when I wanted to reply (because they didn't answer all of my questions, especially about their non-existant Insanity Deals that are sold out before they appear) their e-mailed reply dissapeared. I didn't delete it...even checked my deleted messages. I've questioned them about their prices in the past. They claim a product cost a certain amount retail and they are giving us this great deal but when I go on-line to look up the product I find that the reqular price is what they are selling it for or cheaper. I recently tried for a camera on their Insanity Deal. Had to go through the process of proving I am "human". I hate those things. I'm signed up on their site why do I have to prove anything! When I finally figured out one of their scrambled and distorted images there was still time remaining on the deal but I was told it was sold out. When I e-mailed about the hat decoration I questioned the validity of their Insanity deals, they didn't respond to that. I do think they are a scam. They offer the little things at a good price, maybe to get you hooked but I don't trust them on the more expensive items. If I hadn't payed by Paypal I would have never gotten my money back on that watch. And I was told once by them that if they do issue a credit for anything you have to use it within 48 hours or you loose it. That can't be right. Someone mentioned they wanted to "unlike" them. Is that possible? I once questioned them about not having an option for "don't like" on their web site and they never answered that inquirey. Still have the watch by the way, it's in the box. I told them if they wanted it back they needed to send me a pre-paid shipping label...they didn't. So, be careful with this site. Use paypal because if you have problems you can "contest" the purchase and the company seems to more willing to give you back your money than to put up a fight.
