I have actually posted the item to a recipient (located in Batu Belah), however the recipient was not at home and no one actually received the item. To my disappointment, there was no notification left to the recipient. We only got to know via the track-trace that Poslaju went to the recipient's house but did not leave any tag for them to collect the item at Poslaju. The item was then returned to my home.

Then, I RE-SENT the item via Poslaju again. And look what I found?
