I, much to my regret, signed a lease with this company for the rental of credit card processing equipment.The lease covered a period of 48 months form Dec 2011 through Dec. 2015. Payments were made throughout and the equipment was returned. As a footnote I have learned that the equipment that they charged me $3000. for was at best worth a couple of hundred dollars. Despite the fact that the lease has been fulfilled they continue to harass and threaten a lawsuit for hundreds of more dollars. We
received another phone threat on this past Wednesday Jan 18, 2017. This company has been sued by the NY Attorney General for these same business practices but apparently continues with the same fraud in the hopes of getting someone to settle.
