Unauthorized charge to credit card

On the first of June 2014, my AMEX credit card was chard with AUD$99.99, reference number: 180-068-0026000. I had never authorised this deduction. We have not used Norton for a number of years. I was not aware of any automatic renewal charges. I would like to request an immediate refund.

Credit card charged with $89.99 on 2/07/14 and I haven't used Norton for over 3years and never had automatic subscription
