unauthorised payment

I have received an unauthorised transaction - VISA:NORTON*API1256099181 $109.99.

I have got a subscription for Norton and this is not the renewal as I know that is not due until Dec 2018.

Can you please refund immediately.

Billed, but did not receive

Hi

I have been charged from my credit card on 6/5/2014 about AUD24 but didn't receive the antivirus product. Thank you.
