my firewall stopped working about a week ago. Spent hours with tech people chatting, and twice gave them control of my computer. The second tech knew absolutely nothing about Norton, or it's firewall. They could not even figure out how to add programs to the firewall list. Rohit, an absolute useless yech person who abandoned me while still having control of my computer. Ater an hour of waiting for Rohit, I disconnected from Norton, and figured it out myself. So, I ask you Norton, what awful kind of security you are charging people for when your entire firewall stops working JUST BECAUSE I UPGRADED MY MOZILLA FOXFIRE BROWSER?????? Who designs a security firewall that stops working when a browser is upgraded. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY -THAT IS WHAT NORTON IS. I REMOVED MY UPDATED VERSION OF MOZILLA, AND VOLILA - MY FIREWALL WORKS AGAIN. AND TWO TECHS USING UP 5 hours of my time COULD NOT ASCERTAIN THIS WAS THE PROBLEM. USELESS FIREWALL. USELESS TECH HELP. GOING TO FIND ME A BETTER SECURITY PRODDUCT. NORTON SUCKS.
