Poor Service and NO improvement

PosLaju might as well rebrand itself to PosLAMBAT or PosTakSAMPAI!!!
One of my package has been siting at their Dato Onn Facility since 3/7/18 and there has been no movement since then.
Yet another package is sitting at Klang facility also since 3/7/18 and also no movement!
When you call PosLaju there will not be any customer service available to tend to your queries.
Then when you email them, there will not be any response.
