I am in the process of writing letters against ntta to the govern greg Abbott and ken Paxton officer because I am furious with the Ntta because I never received letter showing I owe money and on top of everything they blocked my vehicle registration and you can't get in touch with that department you have to leave message they will call you back. Then they want you to get toll tag if you make payments arrangements. The management staff about customer service department are extremely rude and unwilling to work with you and on top of everything I am not paying the fees and then If you don't pay they send it to outside collection agency I am not paying their fees either. I am in the process of writing my senators about getting this reverse were they can't do this no more
