NTTA don't send invoices then charge fees: $10 and $25

NTTA added two administrative fees: $10 and $25 for not paying first and second invoices. I had never received any invoices this year from NTTA.

REFUSE to use the Tollway

NTTA has outrageous billing practices. I received a zipcash invoice in the amount of $8.60 due 11/12/2017. I wasn't able to pay the bill until 11/16/17. According to the website as of 11/16/2017 I'm 30 days past due and owe $18.60 for this invoice. I called NTTA and spoke to a customer service rep AND a supervisor and they both refused to waive the $10 fee unless I open a toll tag account.
I refuse to open a toll tag account. Therefore I paid the $18.60 but NEVER AGAIN. Beginning today I REFUSE to use the Tollway anymore.

Tx Express Lane Robbery

The only place I have driven was on the HOV lane that says free. I now have a bill for 2.34 after they have taken the $20 I had in my account and deducted monies for what I was believed to be free because it say 0.00 on the signs. After calling in to discuss this, I was talked to rudely, disrespectfully, and they refused to let me speak with a supervisor. I have sent an email to whoever handles the dispute but i still feel i am being forced to pay this so I do not have any other fees tacked on top of this bogus bill. Now they say they will have 35 the same way soon, I will opt to drive the streets if they continue to display free and still charge me. This is HIGHWAY ROBBERY, literally.

Illegal billing practices

I literally never recieve a first notice bill. Somehow I only ever receive bills with late fees attached in excess of the actual toll fee! I even receive this style of billing with my tolltag, and the NTTA knowing that I have an account with them proceeds every time to send me a third notice only in the mail for an increased rate of billing plus late fees. The car is registered to the tag! There is no reason to look for any semblance of logic in the billing practices of this company unless the premise is to completely financially devastate anyone whom uses it. Seriously where is our government on this problem and who is responsible for NOT TAKING ACTION AGAINST THESE GOVERNMENT SANCTIONED CRIMINALS.?

NTTA Fraud

I received a ZipCash toll bill recently for the month of September. I am supposed to pay 13.00, but the only problem is I have not been in Texas since last year. I moved to Florida for school and I am familiar with SunPass. I actually tried to pay through Florida's toll by plate and SunPass but then I realized the bill is from a Texas company. I looked up the company to see if it was a scam or maybe some mistake but after reading these complaints I still do not have a clear answer on what I should do.

Incorrect billig - Failure to read Transponder

O 08/17/15 at location DNT-MLP3-07 and 11/07/15 at location SRT-MLG3-04 NTTA's readers failed to read my TxTag transponder. On 3/06/16 they issued an invoice for the complete un-discounted fees due. I called NTTA about this and was told by their customer service and their supervisor that I could not dispute this invoice because their equipment failed to read my legally purchased transponder. I was told I need to file a dispute with TxTag which I did on 3/15/16, request # 1-52622662039 was opened.

On 3/18/16, TxTag notified me that they could not dispute this invoice because there were no additional fees being billed due to NTTA's reader failing to read my transponder. I then contacted NTTA and spoke to customer service about having the invoice reduced to the discounted rate due to the fact that the equipment failure of their operated equipment. I was denied and asked to speak to a Supervisor, Joe, who presented himself as a supervisor, answered and said he had reviewed the notes on the account and I asked simply if he could help me by discounting my invoice. He replied no and I asked for a Manager. I also asked how I would report them to the state for their poor practices and he said I would need to contact TxTag. Theresa answered the phone and pretty much said the same thing and I posed the same question to her. She basically said no and I terminated the call.

I will only be paying the discounted rate on this invoice but I am sure NTTA will add late charges and continue to hit the account with additioanl charges adding up to hundreds if not thousands of dollars like they have will other people they call "customers".

How do we stop this highway robbery by a private company receiving state funds and providing kick backs to the state for allowing them to treat people in such a disrespectful manner? This is absolutely craziness on the part of NTTA.

Toll charges

I am contacting you regarding an issue I have had with a customer service agent, Shawonna occurring today (9/19/2015). I am currently on hold to speak with a supervisor as well. I received a bill in the mail (#789592978) and I called as I DO NOT use toll roads. The agent said it was a toll road on Montgomery. Where is Montgomery? I asked her where this was located and received no response. I live in San Antonio. I was in San Antonio for the 4th of July weekend. I asked the agent what day was the 5th of July and she said "the day after the 4th of July." I told her there was no reason to be a smart ass and asked to speak to a supervisor. She continued to fight with me and interrupt her. If she does not want to be called a smart ass, then she does not need to be one. I did not go on any toll roads on Montgomery, I do not even know where that is. I just spent about an hour on the phone for something I did not do. Shawonna just came back and said a supervisor well have to call me back.
This is extremely unethical to bill people for something they did not do. Who do I complain to regarding this
