I bought this nuterslicer as a gift for my mom and daughter and after the first use the front button broke off and the suction part to get to stick on a counter or table does not work at all. We do like the way it grates ease and such but are very upset that it broke after one use. Thank you for listening

I purchased the nutrislicer from the tv ad. the little button on the front broke after the first use, I was able to use a knife to release the top part when I use it but it is very annoying, also for some reason the suction does not stay put on my very flat counter top??? I love the way it grates the cheese and vegetables but have been disappointed. thank you
