I have already filed a complaint against the manager, I live at NW Trails in San Antonio Lot 170. I've lived at this community over 7 years. I moved into this new home about 3 months I'm having trouble with my bedroom doors that keep getting stuck. It's been over two months since I told the maintenance man that never put a work order. They level my home thinking that would help with my doors but the people who leveled it said the doors still needed to be adjusted. I called the office to let them know and the manager was rude and I found out that the manager never made a work order. I'm so mad I just want my doors fixed. I see the maintenance man cleaning the pool and putting a net on the soccer pole but yet the manager says he's behind on his work I'm a resident just like everyone else and it seems like I'm being over look. I want my doors fixed please reach out to them and resolve this issue.

That was about two months ago, he finally told us that he was going to have someone level our home and that might solve the problem of the doors getting stuck but it didn't I called the office to make a work order the manager was so rude he told us that when they had time they would come and look at it. I waited about a week and went to the office again just to find out that the manager never made a work order and we advised him that we were going to reach out to you'll and he said he didn't care. I just want my doors fix. The manager is rude and a lier. He has no customer service able.

I we want is for our doors to get fix we don't understand after two months of asking why won't they take care of it. This manager is rude and a lier I wish Dina B would come back.
