Dear Sir

Refer to my latest bill statement , i discovered there was a late and interest charge to me of total amount S$91.12. This amount was being charge due to late bill payment for June statement. . However, I would like to clarify that I have made full payment via AXS machine accordingly and per your due date stated on 23 June 2016.

Please explain why I am being charge even though I paid on time. Before I made this complaint, I called several time and spoke to the customer services to waive this charges. They send SMS to inform me not successful to waive off.


I would like to state hereby I disagreed with this charges and is not being fair to me. In addition, I have also being punctual to pay me bill and have never being late before

Kindly help to review and waive off this amount S$ 91.12 charge to me.
