ONLINE BANKING

my name is ms.hooi.i forgot my login ID/password then i call to ocbc bank customer service to retrieve my problem but they say need to open back the saving acoount get new debit card only can do it.coz i got old ATM card and my old current account already close it by ocbc bank.i got few bank saving acoount already. OCBC bank also too far for me to go there.

ONLINE BANKING

I AM MS.HOOI,I FORGOT MY LOGIN ID/PASS WORD ,I CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAY NEED TO OPEN A NEW SAVING ACCOUNT TO GET IT NEW DEBIT CARD TO REACTIVE BACK MY ONLINE.I NOT UNDERSTAND WHY MUST OPEN ACCOUNT ONLY CAN DO IT.MY HOUSE TOO FAR GO TO OCBC BANK.

OCBC FD SAVING ACCOUNTS

To OCBC Management Team on FD and Saving Account
Dear All,

I am LIM BEE LENG 1st of all with this name if you check in your system , i may be black listed.
with my ic NO; 6308xx-xx-xxxx you will find i am your sincere customer since OCBC Puchong Branch open.
Here is my complaint as follows:
1/ Service provided in OCBC Puchong from 2016 bad to worsted on 2017.
it too my 3hours ++ to renew my FD and open new FD in 2016 in complained by calling customer service by not improving.
2/ In 2017 on 11/7/2017, i went with my husband to open new joined name FD it took me the whole morning from 9.15 until 12.10
and ended up i close one of my FD and unsuccessful to open new FD account due to my name is black listed. Don't know why.
i call customer service to complaint about this, and the ladies of front desk call me to go back to reopen my new account but i am
too busy to go back.
3/ on 18/12/2017 i when back to open new FD account with cash of 15.4k and a cheq of 70k with my husband,
the same thing happen, the front desk lady key in all my and my husband particular again and reliase that my name black list and cannot open account. She ask the Manager (Mr Lim if i am mistaken) and this guy took all y particular for 30-45min, later the
front desk lady (official) ask for my married certificate (great joke, who will even bring an married certificate to open bank account, this can really break the record in Malaysia Bank) so i raised my voice and said i wanted to close all my FD , saving and my TA fund account too. the front desk lady when in again i waited for another 45min (cannot leave because she hold my IC)
and she said she check my joined name with my daughter FD record and i can open the new FD account.. And your staff blame on your OCBC system check Name on Black list and not coordinate with IC number. (That really created retarded job because there wil be so many people with same name in Malaysia)

Finally i would like to emphasize on the irresponsible Manager he never turn up at all.
All my friends ask me to close all my account with OCBC .
As i only received my change of contact details which i never change since day one and my FD slip today only i decide to write in this complaint.
Pleas revert to me and i will be back to OCBC to renew my FD or close my FD mid this 2018.

Credit Review by OCBC

I am one of your ex credit card user (titanium card previously) which I had discontinued using years ago.
On 21/12/16 one of the agent submitted the credit card application form (OCBC Live Great Card) to the bank. On 22/12/16 at noon, I received a SMS from OCBC saying my application been rejected.
Here I would like to know on what basis OCBC Malaysia rejected my application because the bank did not even ask for any supporting documents yet (EPF statement, salary slip etc).
I would need an entire explanation as to the reason of being rejected for the card application. Or maybe the agent who submitted my application is not competent enough to be in this industry.

I will be glad to receive a detailed explanation by OCBC HQ upon checking my entire portfolio which I believe banks can do so with my Identification Number provided.
