On the 24th of Dec 2012, OCBC Business Banking made a TT transaction (which until this date they cannot explain) of a 2500 Australian Dollars short in the transaction. (We instructed for AUD - IDR TT)

I have made several calls and emails but they cannot reply.

Every Forex Record for that date showed that the AUD - IDR rate has never gone below 9900.

They insisted that the rate was particularly low that day. Which is a lie.. They cannot explain why their rate was low when their counter rate for that day suggested otherwise.

TRUST THE REPUTABLE BANK???
