I applied for a home modification and i was placed with a case worker whom did not speak English well and was given the run around for 6 months !!! They lost paperwork and when i asked for a new relationship manager it only became worse for me and i was then shipped off to a dept that sells my home without my consent and was shocked because she did not understand English well either!!! I asked for an English speaking person and was transferred back to modification that had me fill out all the paperwork again and could not answer any questions or speak English well !! I do have everyone's relationship manager id's and within a few weeks of the last relationship manager she declined my modification and then told me a new premium amount which was lower so i was thrilled. I started receiving notices for a mortgage amount much higher than she told me and called and had to fill out paperwork again and was threatened with forclosure and told MOVE OUT if you can not afford the 2,000 plus mortgage payment that was baised on the mortgage collapse and an inflated mortgage appraisal. . I dont wanna move

I keep getting 2-4 harassing phone calls from Ocwen Mortgage company every month during my grace period. I have been with them for about 4 years. For the last 4 months they started calling from the 2nd of the month to the 11th of the month asking for my payment. I have never been late on my mortgage ever. The late charge fee starts on the 17th of the month. I pay online between the 12th to the 14th every month. When they call they are rude and speak very poor English. The last conversation I had with them they said they were just a collection agency for ocwen mortgage company. They are terrible to deal with.
