December of 2015 I had to salesman come to the door. Stated it was for energy efficient furnace and air conditioners. I thought it was a new thing as a lot of people in this neighbor hood signed up. Well we got taken. You cant get ahold of them Haven't had my furnace cleaned or looked after since installed.. I was frustrated
Then THE SAME PERSON CAME TO THE DOOR AND SAID THEY WERE NO LONGER IN BUSINESS OEG.
I am still paying a large amount monthly I did report this to the BBB and I really haven't heard any thing

Then last year when this same person showed up and stated that if I was to get the water softener the furnace and air conditioner would be mine and would not have to pay that just the water softener.
I thought I was getting a deal but now I pay for all three. I am an elderly widowed woman and I feel that I am tasking advantage of. If anyone knows how I can resolve this please
