I ordered a bundle package of High Speed Internet and Home Phone service through CenturyLink and I was told I qualified for a $50.00 rebate from Offerwire. I submitted the correct form with the exact data requested within the allowed time frame for submission. I submitted the form in September and received status on the rebate in October stating the rebate has been entered and met all initial requirements pending final review by offerwire and showed rebate amount for $100.00 even though I submitted a form for a $50.00 rebate. The status remained the same until I called in January and spoke to an agent to let them know the status had not changed for 3 months and I still had not received the rebate. He let me know he escalated to get the rebate out of the pending status and it would be delivered. The status then changed to rebate invalid due to submission on an incorrect form. I called in once again on 2/8/2016 and the agent let me know he spoke to upper management and they corrected the status to the $50.00 form since it was input incorrectly on a different rebate form. He let me know I would receive the rebate within to 6 weeks. I checked the status on 2/18/2016 and the status had not changed. I tried to call toll free number 866-561-7659 which I called previously and there is now no option to speak to an agent. I went to the website rebateshq.com and chatted with an agent who told me I did not qualify because there was a question with the price and I would need to call t he toll free number. I let the agent know I called the number and there is no option for an agent. She said to press 0 which I did and I let her know the response to pressing 0 is the input is not understood. She then disconnected from chat. I believe Offer wire is a rip off or a scam as there is no way for me to get this issue resolved.
