i signed up for time warner cable service cable, tv, internet. on jan 25, 2012 . I did everything the application requested confirmation number, two bills, etc. send out original original application along with all documents requested, and i still havent gotten my gift card, i have called numerous times, and they say they need to confirmed service , which they did already , now they saying im not in the system, i called twc and they even say iam on the system and im paying on time. iam very upset that they dont send me my gift card of 150.00
