unauthorized deduction

On the 10 October there was a unauthorized deduction of R1399.00 for a product that i don't want and don't have. I did not authorized this transaction. It was on my Capitec Bank account nr 1374124549. The bank has stop my card and issue a new one with same account no. Please refund my money. I use Open office and not Microsoft office. Cant pay for a product i do not want and do not have.
