I have been taking my empty ink cartridges to Staples to take advantage of their $2.00 refund offer. They used to mail a check. Now they say that they email them. I have yet to get an email. This has happened twice. I asked if they could resend the email. The first time, they said no. The second time I did not get an answer. They can obviously see that I did not get them. I think I have been scammed. I don't even know if they can email a check.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO STAPLES! Office Depot Ink recycling has so many loopholes! Go to somewhere straightforward!!! Staples gives you credit every month - you don't have to jump through hoops to get any thing! I lost $60 in ink cartridges before I realized it was a scam! Stupid me... read ALL OF THE FINE PRINT! Don't listen to the uninformed cashier.
