unauthorized withdrawal

My name is Kris Finney, I made a one-time order for Omega XL and allowed a withdrawal of the funds from my debit card I requested that it'd be a one-time withdrawal from my account on the 25th of May 2018, upon checking my bank account I noticed a withdrawal of $40.00 which I would like a refund for and for the inconvenience of me having to cancel my debit card
