Refund of money
I had booked a Honda Activa from Om Sai Honda Mahim Mumbai in July 2011 by paying Rs. !000, in cash,and I was told there was a waiting period of eleven months to one year.After eleven months that is in June 2012 I was told that I have been allotted a scooter and accordingly I paid the remaining amount of Rs.58398 by cheque no 142 dated 20th June 2012 and I was promised the vehicle within 60 to 75 days.After 75 days that is on 5th September 2012 on enquiring I was told that the scooter had still not arrived.This went on till December 2012,Ultimately I cancelled the order on 20th December 2012,and I was issued a cheque of Rs,61174,with interest of six months on 25th December2012 dated 2nd January 2013.This cheque has bounced three times,and now the concerned persons are not responding either on phone nor they are available at the showroom.How do I get my hard earned money back.
