Actually Country of Complaint is "Myanmar (Burma)". I can't find Myanmar in Location.

I have never written a formal complaint letter so I would like to apologize in advance for my language.

Just today I went to OSC(One Stop Center)[Malaysia Visa Department] to apply Travel Visa for 2 week travel with my Family to visit my sister who is currently attending Master Degree in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. Everything is doing ok with the process however when we give Visa Fees at the end they told us that they can't accept a few dollars because some of them has turn to a bit darker of of using long time (that dollars don't have ANY black spot or nothing strange at all). Those dollars can be use legally all across the world without problems . We have to give Kyat (Myanmar Currency) at the exchange counter then exchange them to USD then give it back to OSC. Only then they take it.

The reason I write this complaint letter is to know whether the government of Malaysia order not to take such kind of dollar? If there's one please put that statement letter in front of OSC with other statement together to avoid this kind of problems in future.
