Signed with Onebox to try out their VOIP service which is suppose to be 30 days risk free trial. On the 3rd day I've canceled, because their service was not what I'm looking for ... Anyhow, they've charged me to sign up $99.95, never returned my money and today 3 months later they keep charging me every month and I keep disputing with my Credit card company. This company Onebox is absolute fraud and at the moment I write this I'm already On hold for over an hour and some Indian guy picked up the phone for a second and after I told him about the unauthorized charges he put me on hold again and I'm still waiting ... Another guy picked up and he placed me on hold again :) This guys are just scam and nothing else ... Just do yourself a favor and stay far far away from Onebox.

And they have your billing information. Now you have to jump through hoops to get the credit card companies to hear you. Because Onebox is not, I repeat, is NOT going to refund your money. So now it is a hassle to get it fixed. I am going to close my account and open another with a different number.
