continued service failures, no resolution

Over an extended period the service was unreliable and often unreachable. Finally they admitted they had lost my 100s of GB of date after lying repeatedly by promising all would be restored soon. Rudely terse when I managed to get a response, they never answered questions or offered explanations. The worst!
