These guys have been making survey-taking hell for me for years. But this year was the worst. I usually make up to $200 a year on each of the SSI survey sites on top of Opinion World, including Survey Spot and Opinion Outpost. And each time I go to cash out my points, EVERY SINGLE TIME, they deactivate my account and try to steal my money. I was barely able to cash out all but $50 of the money they owe me, and it's been months of my emailing them just to get a response. It's always the same: They will never give you straight answer as to what you did wrong, (and of course, you probably haven't done anything wrong), and the only number they have to contact customer service for Opinion World is missing a digit. How convenient.
These guys are, in a nutshell, thieves. Stay away from any and all SSI survey sites, as you will more than likely be one of the unlucky many who end up having trouble with them. There are better sites to earn cash from.

I have had the same issue as others - I went to claim my reward and was locked out of my account with the message that my membership had been terminated. I spent over 8 hours of my time answering these surveys thoughtfully and honestly to give Opinion World's clients the best results. Instead of allowing me to claim my reward that I had already earned, Opinion World has decided they would rather lock me out of my account under the guise of "violation of terms and conditions". Given that there are a large number of reports from people on this very page with the exact same story as me, I don't feel that this is an isolated incident and I think this website is purposefully locking people out of their accounts so that they will not have to pay out people's rewards. I have reported this site to other scam watch websites as well. I consider this theft of my information as my information was only provided in exchange for rewards, which have not been provided. Therefore my information has been stolen. When you email them no one responds, even if you send multiple emails. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH OPINION WORLD, THEY WILL ONLY SCAM YOU. YOU WILL WORK FOR 8+ HOURS AND SEE NO REWARDS AS PROMISED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS.

I've been a membership for at least 3 years with very few issues, until a couple of weeks ago when I terminated a LONG survey promising 300 points. Just when the survey was about to reward my account, I got an error message and no points were rewarded. I tried to contact help desk via the form online but no one came back, and because I did not want to give up on my points I started to send a message every few hours... just to get attention.
I also send a couple of e-mails.
Guess what... today I tried to log in into my account and .. BAM! My membership has been magically terminated!!

So not only are they not bothered to come back to their members, but when you try to contact them they terminate your membership!

The most annoying part is that NO ONE is arsed to send you an e-mail to give you a reason why or to warn you.
I obviously contacted help desk once more asking for explanations, but what's the odds they will just ignore my e-mail...?

I got a termination message for trying to cash in points into my PayPal account. I earned those points and put in many hours to get them, and Opinion World obviously would have claimed payment from their clients for my participation. Their terms and conditions are too Draconian, and if a member makes a mistake when seeking a reward, their program should flag the error, and/or block progress and give a warning, so that the member can correct it. Immediate termination is cruel.

Twice I requested that the termination of my membership be lifted and my points remain in tact. I have not heard back from them yet.

Opinion World "Help" centre DOES NOT HELP or RESPOND to my 2 emails sent to them over 2 months back. I was asking why I stopped receiving surveys suddenly AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, why I AM UNABLE TO LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT. The 866 toll-free number was also not connecting at all which I have tried many times. Seems to me that these people, by deleting me for no reasons & probably others as 2well , ROBBED our accumulated rewards points. I have 5000-6000 points when I checked my account few months back that I have accumulated over one year.
