Unfairly charged back my complete final payment with 650 dollars in chargebacks on top the 150 in chargebacks the weeks prior. I was a sub contractor directly under Mark Hastings who also issued these false and overly fabricated charges which were not issued beyond the given guidelines that should be taken. Furthermore my accounts information for personal information was falsely entered and my password consistently manipulated. I wouldn't be able to get into my account unless I informed Mark Hastings I was trying to and couldn't and suddenly Mark would have it unlocked and new password quickly sent. This happened on several occasions even after I specifically requested that he change my information to the correct information.

The president of this company Mark Hastings supposedly hired me onto his company Oracle Properties LLC. However when receiving my login information for my account I noticed that my name was listed as Robert Ball which is not my Name at all. Only my first name Robert is correct. Beyond that he had not input my personal information into the system. No address, no e-mail, and an blatantly incorrect name. When I confronted Mark about this subject he told me that Robert Ball was another employee that used to work with them and he gave me that login. Already I was concerned with moving forward with this man and his company. I asked Mark if he could please update the login to my personal information so I could be paid and notified properly of any problem. He told me I can if I want to which really set up the red flag. I logged in and was not allowed to update or change any of the information listed. This almost seemed like a fail-safe to fall back on if anything were to not go his way. I agreed to work for safeguard through the INSPI2 mobile application. I then received an e-mail from one Cathey Bradley. She works over the InspectorADE application and service. I never agreed to work for this company i only agreed to work for Mark under Oracle. Afer frantically trying to get caught up and up to date on numerous large list of late inspections that Mark had assigned me I made it a priority as he had asked me to. I ended up too busy with his priorites that i could not complete any of the 40 inspections they signed me on InspectorADE on top of the 50 which included several.
