Fraud company

Oracle visa took my money. I paid 8000dhs but now they are closed. Please anyone can help! My number 0551249914. World migration is the one who's handeling my application now and they want me to pay 2000dhs again. I think world migration is the same as oracle visa. Please if you are a victim of these company let us help together. Contact me please.
