I was approached by a man that would not take no for an answer. He then hands me off to a clean cut sales man. After telling these sales people Im on a limited, they insisted placing their product on me and forcefully going through a "facial". After unwillingly spending $3000, bringing the product home, it made my skin very allergic. I highly recommend staying away that company because its a rip off. If you want your beautiful skin to turn burnt and broke, stay. Other than that, run. Mary J

While considering purchasing or a gold products, I asked the sales associate what the return policy was. He said that if I was not satisfied after eight weeks that I could return it. When I asked for the return policy in writing, he said that he did not have it in writing. I looked up their return policy online right then and there and saw that there were no refunds. He said, "you can return it, but no refunds." Why would I return the product to the store if I was not going to get a refund? The sales associate was trying to trick me. When I caught him in his lie, I started walking out the store. As I walked out, the sales associate said, "it's OK sweetheart, this is not for everyone. Not everyone can afford it. And not only was his behavior unethical, but also rude.
