Popcorn dryness

My name Ernestine dorsey 582 capitol parkway ct..Montgomery alabama 36107...I brought a case of popcorn via traveling and upon arriving at my home this popcorn was so dry it was unbearable to eat..the oil was more unto the bag..it was a first time for me and I think a last time...can you send me a voucher of some sort to try another style and make this better..I truly thank u
