Failure to meet terms of contract

Outdoor Adventures notified me of a 2 year early payment offer for annual membership dues. I contacted the Bay City office and asked about the ability to cancel my membership after the 2 year agreement. They said yes, it does qualify for the terms of the "Executive Agreement" for opting out. I called their Bay City office to confirm the cancellation date of March 2020, so that I could use 2 remaining Executive Bronze Condo Certificates before next March. They then informed me that my membership was canceled when they received my letter and payment 2 years ago. They broke the contract clause where I am allowed to continue membership on a year to year basis, as well as, having membership privileges the full duration of my paid up dues. It's time to send this to the Michigan Attorney General.

Getting out!

We own an Outdoor Adventures lifetime membership. I want to cut the cord. Cut my losses. How can I just stop paying the anual membership fee without penalty? Anyone know the answer? They say you can transfer but no one is buying.

Scammed

Several years back we were sent a key to a truck like many have. Once we were there our personal scammer, Carson, said we had to look at the property first before we could see if the truck key started the truck. He worked really hard trying to get us to sign up. Well we did. And now we regret it. We told carson we do not own an RV and he said, "Well that doesn't matter. Bring a tent and camp out under the stars if you want." Since se bought our membership the only material we receive is material about the RV life. Not one piece of material talks about tent camping. Not even one tent is offered for sale. I feel like carson and outdoor adventures scammed us and apparently many others as well. I should have known w=something was wrong when that knucklehead hit that gong. I might have an attorney take a look at outdoor adventures' practices to see what they think.

Rip off

Outdoor Adventures is a scam and the people working at the Kalamazoo location in Alamo are shysters, fast talkers, they talk so dang fast you can't understand everything and when you ask, the sales rep Rya VanIddeking would just say you can read it when you get home, He told us it would be X amt of dollas per month and then we end up with two separate payments on top of that. the gifts that were offered were supposedly all gone except for a 250 dollars worth of 25.00 each and when you go to the web site there isn't a single thing for 25.00.so in order to use them you have to spend more money. And we were not told in words up front that there were 500.00 dues at the end of each year, in full. The whole thing is a scam. There's nothing FREE. Well, we had some rather disturbing things going on and we only had six days to cancel and I didn't call til the seventh day and they would not listen to anything I had to say, just kept repeating you went over your time period, yes we did miss, by one day and the I also lost my 11th great grand child, and my mind wasn't where it should of been as far as they were concerned. All then seemed to care about is money money money. And the sad part is, they can't be honest with you and are real live city slickers if you ask me. I am so sorry my husband and I even made the trip out there, They should not be allowed to cheat and deceive people like they do.
