I was considering insuring my 3 cars with outsurance but after this pathetic service there is no way. In the first place after i send in my third party claim for i asked if any paper work is missing please let me know, which wasn't done. Secondly after i send in my release form for claim and phoned to hear if it was received, agent wasn't available and was promised he will phone me back which never happened. So i phoned to hear how far the claim was and he said he never received the email which i then mailed again and which he said again he didn't received. after 4 phone calls he relished i have a yahoo mail which he claims is send to spam on his email. As an agent he know this and he know clients have yahoo mails and should check his spam box then. I send the claim in on the 31 March and today again 8 April 2015. So due to his negligence my claim is set back and is unacceptable and poor service from outsurance who advertise excellent service.

Accident claim

My car was involved in a serous accident and was written off. I have since been trying to get outsurance to pay off my debt with the bank but they keep giving me excuses why they cant finalise my claim. I am still paying for the and outsurance is still deducting money from my account. This is the worst service ever considering that i pay so much money every month for insurance. Claim 111390590

Good evening, I submitted a claim for water damages to my bathroom, walls and son's bedroom. An assessor came out and then a leak detector service providers was sent out. Leaks were detected in shower trap and pipe running from shower head. The claim was approved. Westfield Contractors were given the job. They started on Monday 2024-05-12, and broke the wall leading to the wrong pipe, behind the toilet. This was pointed out to the workman and then the work started on the shower. The tiles on the shower base was broken and the trap pipe replaced. They left the shower base to dry. It took workman Monday and Tuesday to prepare the base and they left it to dry until Friday 2014-05-16, when they waterproofed it. On Monday 2014-05-19 they returned, tiled the base, prepared and water proofed the kitchen ceiling and toilet ceiling. They scraped the one wall on the outside of the house. They left promising to return the next day to complete the painting. They didn't return, a call made to Westfield's and I was informed they would only be back on Friday and that my family could use the shower. Remember for the past week my family had to use bathing facilities at our neighbors'. Westfield had no intention of dealing with the leak detected in the wall, behind the tiles and as a result; since using the shower again I found the leaks in the bathroom leading from the shower, near the wall attached to my son's room.as well as the same leak at the rear, outside my house, on the wall leading from the shower. They had also replaced the tile behind the toilet with a mis-matched one, and didn't have the decency to get my okay before replacing it. I tried to rectify the matter several times with Westfield but got the same reply that they only do what the Insurance company(Outsurance) tells them to. I even attempted contacting my Outsurance advisor, Shaun Joubert, who I might add was very helpful in the beginning; but when I started complaining about poor workmanship and tardiness, he began ignoring my calls. To date I'm still waiting for him to return a call I made on Monday. I would appreciate someone to contact me to address my complaint. I have photos of the damage.

OUTSURANCE KLAGTE:

Middag,

Ons is baie ongelukkig met Outsurance, my skoonseun het iemand gehad wat in hom vasgery het, hy is Heinrich van Zijl, die eis is by jul ingedien, die paneelkloppers waar hy die motor bygehad het, het alles opgesit.

Hy is gebel en gese dat die motor afgeskryf gaan word omdat daar R 30 000 skade is, hy ry elke dag met die motor werk toe , 85 km daarnatoe en terug, die motor ry elke dag, die skade is aan die kant gewees, ek het Alistair gebel waarna ek meegedeel is dat hy Heinrich in RTB sal kry, ons het nie weer ‘n oproep gekry nie, daar is ook aan my meegedeel dat die motor 2007 model is en dat dit te oud is, ek het gedink dat hy die regte tyd vir homself wil kry om deur te gaan.

Die volgende oomblik bel Frances my skoonseun en se hy moet die motor gaan haal want dis afgeskryf, ek het hom gekontak en gese nee, dis nie wat ons wil he nie, ek het gese dat ons nog die hele tyd wag vir Alistair om na die motor te kom kyk, intussen het die plek ook gebel waarnatoe die motor moes gaan, ek het toe aan Frances gese dan sal ons die motor self regmaak. Hy het aan my ‘n vorm gestuur wat ek moes teken. Ek het ook genoem dat ek sien dat die motorpaaiement nie afgegaan het by ons bank nie, hy het gese dit kan nie wees nie want Outsurance moet hul laat weet.

Ek het die bank self gekontak waarna die vrou vir my gese het dat sy wag vir die assuransie om haar papiere te stuur omdat die motor afgeskryf is.

Ek het gevra dat omdat Outsurance nie bereid was om die motor reg te maak nie, dat hul aan my kinders wat getrou elke maand hul assuransie betaal, afslag sal gee op die assuransie, daar is vir my gese dat omdat daar ‘n eis ingedien is, dit nie kan gebeur nie, maar Outsurance wat op TV adverteer hul gee terug, kon dit nie eers doen nie, ek het ook self die brief aan die bank gestuur, ons is so ongelukkig met Outsurance, ons moet assuransie he en omdat my man, en ek en my kinders almal ongelukkig is, het ons n kwotasie aangevra by MiWay wat ek hier insluit.

Ek kan nie glo dat Outsurance sulke kommunikasiegapings het nie, want hul se hul lewer klientediens, maar tussen Alistair en Frances se gesprekke met ons, het daar verskeie dinge plaasgevind sonder dat ons gekontak is.

Kan u asb hierop ingaan en ons in kennis stel, want dis nie die manier waarop ons voel ons gehanteer moes word nie. As u na al die gesprekke op band sal ingaan, sal u hoor wat aangegaan het.

policy cancellation

outsurance has been deducting R397.77 from my acount without my authority, the policy number reflected on my bank statement is OT20384400. THE AGREEMENT WAS THEY WOULD SEND A NURSE TO DO BLOOD TESTS AND THEN EMAIL ME FORMS TO SIGN WHICH THEY NEVER DID. THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE.
