Scam and False Advertisement

Talk about LIES, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and BEYOND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. These are words to describe OWTEL. I returned the phones ( that I never opened and never used) within the 45 day free trial period and my card was still charged $176.90. I called and tried to resolve this issue but the agent told me that I should have returned the items within 30 days even thou the sales rep told me that it's a 45 day free trial period. The agent said that there is NOTHING that they can do about it. I asked to speak to a manager but she insisted that her manager will only tell me the same thing. I've used Owtel to make long distance phone calls to the Philippines since 2005. This company won't even consider that because they clearly don't care about their clients. They only want your money. So everyone, BEWARE of OWTEL!

Return the Cell Phone

Sir/ Madam:
My name is Noemi, I want to return the 3 units of cell phone 1(USA) 2(Philippines) had billed me more that what i'm not expected.
He told me that i'm a valued customer since then of Owtel, and he will give a special discount, 2 phone for $30 and further more his Supervisor talked me more and offer another cell phone $150. And said i will pay only once of $180 + tax. Sir/Madam, i pay thru Credit Card and i don't received or see any receipts from the package or in my Email. SO i complained , i billed more, that i'm not expected, and he billed again of 2 of $60 = total $120 on July the reason i complained ...pls i will RETURN THE 3 UNITS...

My credit card charged twice on same

I'm a loyal owtel customer for more than 10 years.
Last month (May 2017)owtel charge my credit card twice on the same day with the same amount. I called my credit card and they were able to reverse the duplicate payment in my favor. When I receive a new statement for this month (June 2017), owtel charge me again with June and May statement together plus the late payment fee of $5.00, my bank will close my previous account so that owtel can not make any fraud charges on me.
I really like to call back my family in the Philippines using Owtel, but what happen to owtel now? If I try to call back and talk to any agent , it will go nowhere since they drop my call all the time.
