False Advertisement

Talk about LIES, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and BEYOND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. These are words to describe OWTEL. I returned the phones (never used and never opened) within the 45 day free trial period and my card was still charged $176.90. When I tried to resolve this issue, the agent told me that I should have returned the items within 30 days (even thou their sales rep told me that it's a 45 day free trial period) and that there's NOTHING that they can do about it. I asked to speak to a manager but the agent told me that her manager will only say the same thing to me. I had used OWTEL to make long distance phone calls to the Philippines since 2005. Clearly, they don't care about their clients. They only want your money. So BEWARE of OWTEL and their scam!
