I live in Sheerness isle of Sheppey. This morning I bought 40 pallmall superkings red. I offered my friend bamiss Amanda Hill and she took a cigarette clicked it and the green ball came out. As she went to put it back in the end it exploded in her face burning her top lip left eye lid and down her nose an hour later her eye is still burning and her sight is blurry out of her eye. She has qashed it out with water as she was told the burning on the face has stopped but I have a picture you can see the burn marks around her nose and I feel she is entitled to compensation as that is dangerous she is a dog behaviourist and as sheer luck no dogs were hurt but she was unable to work this morning this is not good enough. I want to know what is gonna be done about it and what donindo with the rest of the packet as I now have a packet that is not advisable to smoke incase any of the others are the same.
