Cancellation of Pan Card

Hello respected sir/mam. My name is Karan Chopra. I have received a new pan card with a new pan number on 06/04/2017 by Blue Dart Express Ltd. I want to cancel this new pan number but your website is not working that's why I have to reach this complaint board.
