On the evening of 12/23/18 I entered PapaJohns store #2051 Jacksonville Florida, I was attended by Mr. Austin, very disrespectful person, I odered a pizza upon receiving my bill I notice a charge of $1.28 for tip, I ask him why is charging me for a tip and I did not approve of such, he replyed that selected option one when I did not, i requested my $1.28 to be returned to me, he said he did not how to do that, the manager came over and gave me cash. This act of deceiving and stealing, the customers should be advised of the tip procedyres. I observed customers paying cash and at no time he advised them if the tip, 10-15 or 20 % this is totally wrong. I can be reach at 904 470-9171
