FORFEITURE OF DUE REBATES

SICKENING PARADISE GROUP. IT GAVE REBATES AND FORFEIT IT WITHOUT INFORMING ME.
CALLED AND TRIED TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER BUT UNABLE TO GET TO HER!

HAVE TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN 3 WEEKS. NO APOLOGY AND TAKE IT IS THEIR RIGHT.
CHEATING PUB OF UTILITIES AND FOR FEW HUNDRED OF THOUSANDS AND ALSO OF CUSTOMER!

STILL AWAITING FOR THE CALL BACK FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER.
