POSLAJU Balakong

Hi,

Below tracking ID for my parcels which have been stucked at POSLAJU Balakong:

ERB729119615MY
ERB727611362MY
ERB680424886MY

There is a parcel (ERB680424886MY) that i really need ASAP but it doesn't move from POSLAJU Balakong since 24th April 2020. Is there any way to speed up this process?
